Register For The TD 5 Boro Bike Tour

Always wanted to ride your bike on the BQE? The TD 5 Boro Bike Tour is your chance to do just that, and more, as about 32,000 cyclists enjoy a route that takes them through 40 miles of the city, passing through each borough, on roads completely free of cars. The 2014 event is scheduled for Sunday, May 4, and registration is now open..

Standard registration is $90 ($22 of which is a tax-deductible charitable donation); and a VIP registration, which lets you start at the front, gets you breakfast, lunch, a jersey, and more, is $325 ($100 is tax-deductible). Proceeds go to organizer Bike New York’s free bicycle education program. More info about the route and the event can be found here.
