Register For Pre-GED Classes At The Bedford And Central Libraries
If you or someone you know is looking to take the High School Equivalency (aka GED) exam, but needs some practice and preparation, then good news: part-time and full-time classes are coming through the Brooklyn Public Library (BPL).
Upcoming registration dates in our area are this Saturday, August 29 at 10am at Bedford Library (496 Franklin Avenue, at Fulton Street) and Friday, September 11 at 10am at the Central Library Trustees Room (10 Grand Army Plaza, third floor).
Registration days allow you to sign up for classes on the days that work for you, learn about job resources, and ask questions about the exams. These sessions are three hours long and will also include some preliminary testing, so bring a pen.
If you’re 17 years old, bring your high school discharge papers, in addition to your ID.
