Real Estate Sign Appears On Old Strauss Auto Building

We noticed a real estate sign on 4th Avenue’s old Strauss Discount Auto building (427 4th Ave), which practically closed up shop overnight in August 2012.

A telephone agent at CPEX told us that the building is indeed listed with their development and conversion sales, but could not confirm the asking price.

Given that the property takes up the entire block between 14th and 15th Streets, how much you wanna bet we’re going to end up with another monster condo?
