Question Of The Week: A Decent Local Haircut?

We’ve only heard rave reviews of the long-running local barbershops, but do any ladies have a preferred place to lose a few inches? Neighbor Anne says:

Where can one get a good haircut in the general vicinity? Up until now I have been suckered into paying what is now considered ‘standard’ around NY … $70 and up for a haircut). Would be great to find an affordable place in the area that does a good job!

We’ve heard good things about Anton’s Hair and Makeup, and Anne says she’s particularly curious about Rosetta Hairstyles and Sofia Unisex Hair Salon, both of which are down Kensington way. Have you had luck at any of those salons, or a spot more in the Ditmas Park area?
