The Q Skips Along & More Sheepshead Bay Subway Changes

Below you’ll find early week Sheepshead Bay subway changes on the B, Q, and F lines in Brooklyn. Check back later this week to see what’s happening this weekend. Changes via MTA.info.

B Line

B service ends early between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and Brighton Beach
Late evenings, beginning 10:15pm, Mondays to Thursdays May 14
B service operates between Bedford Pk Blvd and Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr. Q trains make all stops between Prospect Park and Brighton Beach.
Shuttle buses run between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and Prospect Park, stopping at 7 Av. Transfer between trains and Shuttle buses at Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and/or Prospect Park.
Brighton Beach-bound B trains make local stops at Avenue U and Neck Rd
Days, 9:45am-3pm, Monday, May 11 to Friday, May 15
Please allow additional travel time.

Q Line

Q trains skip DeKalb Av in both directions
Late evenings, beginning 10:15pm, Mondays to Thursdays through May 14
Take the D, N, or R trains instead. Transfer between D/N/R trains and shuttle buses at Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr. Transfer between Q, N, and R trains at Canal St.
Astoria-bound Q trains skip Neck Rd and Avenue U
Days, 9:45am to 3pm, Monday, May 11 to Friday, May 15
For service to these stations, take the Q to Kings Hwy and transfer to a Brighton Beach-bound B or Coney Island-bound Q. For service from these stations, take the B or Q to Sheepshead Bay and transfer to an Astoria-bound Q.
No Q trains between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and Prospect Park
Late nights, 10pm-5am through Friday, May 15
Q service operates in two sections:
1. Between 57 St-7 Av and Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr
2. Between Prospect Park and Stillwell Av
Shuttle buses run between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and Prospect Park, stopping at 7 Av. Transfer between trains and Shuttle buses at Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr or Prospect Park.
For service between Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn and Stillwell Av, consider the D, F, and N trains.
