Q Gardens Seeks Licensed Architect To Help Bring Their Community Project To Life

If you’re a local architect who’s looked at the Q Gardens mockups and thought, “That’s not quite right,” neighbors Anne Schoeneborn and Ali Jacobs could use your expertise.

“It has become clear to us that the MTA is going to require drawings stamped by a licensed architect to approve any building on the lot (ie building the raised beds, etc.), so this has become yet another essential step in this very long planning process,” says Anne.

“Q Gardens is looking for an architect who would be willing to review and stamp our drawings for the garden (and, if necessary, work with us to revise them).”

Everyone who has helped Q Gardens get to this point has been doing so on a volunteer basis, and that’s what they’re asking of an architect, too. However, if you fit the bill and have appreciated Anne, Ali, and the rest of the Q Gardens volunteers’ work so far, please consider contacting qgardensinfo@gmail.com.
