Spring is almost here and it’s time to starting planting. Why not meet more of your neighbors and join one of our area’s newest community gardens?

Q Gardens will be hosting its first meeting of 2016 this Saturday at 2pm, and they would love for new, interested folks in the community to join them.

Q Gardens is located just behind the Church Avenue B/Q subway station on East 18th Street.

Come meet your neighbors this Saturday at the garden, weather permitting. If it’s too cold, an alternative location will be posted on the Q Gardens Facebook page.

The plan for Saturday is to start getting organized for 2016, with a focus on what we want to plant this year and how we’re going to make it happen. Please bring your planting knowledge and ideas!
