Q and B Trains Stopping Service Due to Hanging Cables

Manhattan-bound B and Q trains are not going past Prospect Park Station because of hanging cables. Brooklyn-bound trains are operating at best with big delays in the area. Neighbors are reporting that transfers are being given to the F and 2 train for those who have that option.
