PS 295 Farmers Market Moved To Friday Because Of Rain

Because of the heavy rain forecast for today, the weekly PS 295 farmers market has been postponed from their regular Thursday hours to tomorrow, Friday, June 14, from 2:30-4:30pm.

This week, the market will feature kale, beets, swiss chard, lettuce, radishes, spinach, rhubarb, green zucchini, bacon, milk, eggs, apple cider, sweet apple snitz cheese, and smoked gouda.

The market is held at the school on 19th Street between 6th and 7th Avenue. It’s run by students, teachers, and parents of PS 295, and it is open to the public. For more info, be sure to like their Facebook page!
