Production Crew Planning Simulated Explosion Tonight In Greenpoint

GREENPOINT – The NYPD and Notify NYC have announced that a media production crew will simulate an “explosion and fireball effect” Tuesday night between 5:30pm and 9pm on West Street between Milton and Noble Streets in Greenpoint.

This one-time occurrence may be visible from some parts of Manhattan, the announcement notes. The NYPD and FDNY will be on site.
