Powerhouse on 8th Introduces the Middle Grade Book Club
If you’re trying to find a way to get your tween excited about reading, look no further than Powerhouse on 8th (1111 8th Ave). South Slope’s newest bookstore will premiere their Middle Grade Book Club, for kids ages 9 to 13, on Wednesday, February 6th, from 5:30pm – 6:30pm.
Hosted by childrens’ book blogger, Jordan B. Nielsen, the hour long meet up will explore the book of the month through lively discussions and themed activities based on that month’s selection.
