Polls around the area need volunteers to help with “crowd control, kreole speaking translator, poll look ups. We need help!” writes Rodneyse Bichotte, District Leader for the 42nd Assembly District.
The following sites are seeking help according to Rodneyse:
• PS 315/152 on Glenwood
• PS 269 Nostrand
• Vandeveer Methodist on Glenwood
• IS 246 on Veronica
• PS 181 on New York Ave
• PS 249 on Caton
You can email r_bichotte@yahoo.com if you want to help.
To the voters out there, this is no surprise.
That's nuts! RT @JumaaneWilliams
At PS 198 this auditorium is used just to hold people for hours before they vote. pic.twitter.com/CliND1bz— David G. Greenfield (@NYCGreenfield) November 6, 2012
I'm now at God's Battalion of Prayer. This church presents a fire hazard, @BOENYC, like other #pollingsites I've seen. pic.twitter.com/Jps8c9i2

I'm at the #pollingsite at St. Therese Church. I've confirmed potential #voters were turned away earlier. The @BOENYC should investigate.

Hour-long wait outside to vote in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn; total chaos and terribly outmoded system inside. Still, grateful for the right.

@BOENYC @DPCornerblog my wife just voted at #PS6, the line is chaos. Workers calling by district at front so people cutting, screaming…

On Cortelyou Road, lines right now are longer than they’ve been all day.

Some of us have had a very easy time voting.
My #ditmaspark voting experience was disappointingly easy. Does this mean it doesn't count as much?
