Poll Results: What Kind of Tree Did You Buy?
We asked you earlier this month what type of evergreen you’ve welcomed into your homes to celebrate Christmas. After we did a quick poll of local tree sellers to find out the top five types stocked – including the Fraser Fir, Korean Fir, Balsam Fir, Nordmann Fir and Turkish Fir – you let us know what fir was the favorite. Here’s a round up of the results.
- Fraser Fir: 29 percent
- Korean Fir/Balsam Fir: (tied) 14 percent
Additionally, 43 percent of locals picked a tree species that we didn’t have on our poll.
