Police Seek Suspect After 2 Forcible Touching Incidents on B9 Bus

MIDWOOD – Police are looking for a man wanted in connection with two incidents of forcible touching on a B9 bus last month in Midwood.

Around 3:00 pm on Thursday, October 26, a man on a southbound B9 bus grabbed a 22-year old female victim’s buttocks as she stood from her seat on her way to exit the vehicle, police said.

Then, the suspect moved to the back of the bus, where he sat next to a 17-year old female, placing his hand on her thigh. She pushed his hand away, getting up to move past him, when he grabbed her buttocks as well, said police.

The victim yelled at the man, said police, causing him to leave his seat and then exit the bus near Ocean Parkway & Avenue O.

Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic man, about 5’2″ and 150lbs. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, a blue ballcap with red lettering and a black backpack. He can be seen on the surveillance video below:
