Police Seek Six Teens After Daylight Robbery and Beating

WILLIAMSBURG – Police in the 90th Precinct are looking for six teenagers after a robbery and beating at a bus stop earlier this month.

On Thursday, September 14th, the two victims, 15- and 16-year old boys, were approached around 2:30 pm at the Flushing Ave/Bushwick Ave bus stop across from the Bushwick Houses, said police. A group of six teenagers jumped the two victims.

The assailants punched the victims in the face, before kicking them about the body. They then stole two cellphones and $22 cash before fleeing, said police. The melee can be seen on surveillance video below:

The two victims were transported by EMS to local hospitals, where they were treated for their injuries, said police.

The only description the authorities have been able to provide is “a group of black male teenagers, aged 17-20.”
