Police Seek Public’s Help In Identifying Rape Suspect

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a rape they say occurred at about 10pm on Monday, November 11 in Park Slope.

Police say the suspect, described as an Asian man and pictured in the sketch above, forced his way into a 20-year-old woman’s apartment located around Prospect Park West and Union Street and sexually assaulted her.

Anyone with information about this crime or the identities and the whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting your tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577. The NYPD says all calls are confidential.
