Police Seek Ethel Durant, Second Time Missing in Four Months

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 48-year-old Ethel Durant, who they say was last seen leaving her home on Avenue I just off of Flatbush Avenue on Thursday, October 4 at about 1pm.

Ethel was also reported missing in June – we’re not sure of the details in either of these incidents, but we will update once we know more. You can see a better photo of her here.

In the meantime, if you see her, you’re asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). You can also submit tips at the Crime Stoppers website, or by texting them to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
