The bag-of-bottles assault happened early on Sunday, August 7, around 1am, according to police. The suspect had a verbal argument with a 58-year-old man that turned physical when the suspect swung the bag of bottle at the victim, cutting his lip.

The victim declined medical attention at the scene, according to police. The suspect is described as a white male, 40 to 50 years old, standing at about 5’9″, and weighing about 230 pounds, police said.

A surveillance camera photographed the suspect wearing a blue t-shirt, pink shorts, and flip flops.

The other incident police are investigating is the burglary of the Boar’s Head truck at 3100 Ocean Ave. On Thursday, August 25, the suspect, wearing a Boar’s Head cap, and sweater, went into the unlocked truck and took an undisclosed amount of cash, according to the police.

A surveillance photo shows the suspect in his faux-Boar’s Head uniform with a red t-shirt underneath, wearing black gloves, black pants and shoes, and black sunglasses.
