Police Looking For Man Who Rang Bell And Shot Bullet Through Front Door In Sheepshead Bay
Police are looking for a man who walked up to a front door of a residence in the vicinity of Avenue X and Brigham Street on Wednesday, July 6, around 12:05am, rang the door bell, and fired a bullet through the door and into the house, according to police.
Thankfully no one was injured during the incident, which police are calling reckless endangerment. A surveillance camera caught the shooter right before he fired the gun police said.
The man was photographed wearing a commando sweater with a hood pulled to cover his whole face, except for his eyes, and dark cargo pants. Police describe him as a 25-year-old man, weighing about 180 pounds, and 6 feet tall.
