Police said the fatal injuries of a man found outside one of the Trump Village apartment buildings Monday morning are consistent with falling from a high elevation and that the death is being investigated as a suicide.
According to the NYPD, the body of a man in his 20s was found outside one of the buildings at 460 Neptune Avenue just after 6am. He was pronounced dead when EMS arrived at the scene and police say he may have fallen from one of the tower’s balconies.
Several other people at Trump Village have also leapt to their deaths over the years, including a man in his 30s who in 2011 plummeted from one of the buildings. His death was later ruled an apparent suicide by the NYPD.
