Purim, the festive holiday that commemorates the time when the Jewish people living in Persia were saved from extermination, is a time for costumes, celebration, and of course, hamantaschen.

This year, Purim is March 15-16, and if you’re looking for some of the tasty, buttery, jam-filled cookies, D’Vine Taste (150 7th Avenue) will be baking up batches throughout the holiday — plus they’ve got gluten-free ones, and they swear you won’t be able to tell the difference between them and the regular ones.
