Photo Flashback: 5th Avenue And 13th Street

Welcome to 5th Avenue 1978, where bell bottoms and t-shirts tucked into your cut-off shorts reigned supreme. J. Michaels, which we caught a glimpse of in a 1941 shot from 12th Street, is apparently still in operation during the late ’70s, and something called Southbrook Farms sits where My Favorite Deli and Grocery is today.
