Local dog Busy has been working on her dance moves.

Her owner, Fort Greene resident Amanda Stern, said she taught Busy how to moonwalk when she noticed that Busy would back up when she offered her a treat. The pooch also loves to contort herself into strange positions, she said.

Fort Greene resident Amanda Stern adopted her Havanese-poodle mix eight months ago at the Social Tees Animal Rescue in the East Village. At first, Busy was timid and shy, Stern said. But now she is a playful pup who makes friends with everyone. Her best dog friend is Rita, a Brussels Griffon who lives on their street, and she loves meeting other dogs in Fort Greene Park.
