Mondays At The Montrose
When: Monday, July 13, 8pm
Where: The Montrose, 47 5th Avenue
What: Stop by The Montrose to hear three to four curated storytellers share personal stories based on a theme. Audience members are welcome to listen while enjoying drinks from the bar and, at the end of the evening, are invited to share their own story if they are inspired by the theme.

Special Screening, “To Kill A Mockingbird”
When: Tuesday, July 14, 2pm
Where: Central Library, Dweck Center, 10 Grand Army Plaza
What: Celebrate Harper Lee’s highly anticipated second novel, Go Set a Watchman, being published on July 14 by watching the film version of her original novel, “To Kill A Mockingbird” featuring Gregory Peck, at the Brooklyn Public Library.

Secret Science Club
When: Tuesday, July 14, 8pm
Where: The Bell House, 149 7th Street at 2nd Avenue
What: As NASA’s New Horizon’s mission makes its closest approach to Pluto, Secret Science Club asks: What’s next? What planets and dwarf planets exist beyond our solar system? Are any like Earth? Countdown to launch with the Plutopalooza cocktail (it will knock you into orbit), groove to tunes from alien worlds and dimensions, and stick around for the interplanetary Q&A.

The Fancy Show

What: You bring it, you spin it every third Wednesday at Threes Brewing. Bring your favorite vinyl and play a five song set for the bar.

Blaria Live!
When: Wednesday, July 15, 8pm
Where: Union Hall, 702 Union Street near 5th Avenue
What: Come get a laugh with comedians Phoebe Robinson and Jessica Williams as they host this monthly stand up show based on the popular blog of the same name. The show features the best comics from all over the country. This month includes Brendon Small, Yamaneika Saunders, Scott Dooley, and Sarah Tollemache.
