Details: A chance to see the beautifully-redone inside (pictured above) of the formerly pink house, which has been on the market for a while since the purchaser renovated it. And this 6-bed, 4-bath brownstone is really lovely, with pretty much all-new everything, from a chef’s kitchen to a spa shower in the master bath to a finished basement. But it’s been on the market for five months now — is the price just too high, even for those finishes?

697 Degraw Street
Open House: Sunday, December 15, 12-1:30pm
List Price: $2,199,000, via Corcoran
Details: Being on this block has caused some to jump for joy, and we could see this 3-family brick townhouse have that same effect. The first two floors are currently used as rentals, the top floor could be your owner’s unit, and there’s a nice backyard. It might be far enough away from 4th Avenue for it not to matter, but you should note that on 4th between Degraw and Douglass, there’s at least one (and the possibility of another) large construction project on the horizon, which could be something you end up looking up at from that backyard in the future.

Details: Closer to 4th Avenue (and those construction projects mentioned above), this 2-bed, 2.5-bath condo has private access to the backyard, with recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen. We’re not keen on the tile flooring in the living room, but if you’re dealing with muddy boots and paws from the yard, it might not be such a bad choice.

322 6th Street, #17
Open House: Sunday, December 15, 12:30-2pm
List Price: $650,000, with $917 maintenance, via Washington Realty
Details: It may lack that extra bathroom and the outdoor space, but at less than half the price of the condo above, this 3-bedroom co-op seems like a pretty good deal in comparison. If you’ve got kids, though, you can call JJ Byrne Playground your “outdoor space,” as it’s just two blocks away.

25 Plaza Street, #25
Open House: Sunday, December 15, 1-3pm
List Price: $395,000, with $799 maintenance, via Corcoran
Details: There’s something lost-in-time about Plaza Street, like you half expect a horse-drawn carriage to pull up instead of a yellow cab. This co-op’s studio apartment looks out onto the street, so you can see the trees of the plaza, but also probably some of the traffic (cars, not carriages) speeding around to Grand Army Plaza. There’s a built-in murphy bed, so you can hide it away easily when you want to entertain.
