Location-wise, it’s right near all the shopping, restaurants, and transportation options 7th Avenue and Flatbush have to offer — but for nearly $1.6M, is a full-time doorman too much to ask?

Details: This house (tagline: “Finally, a Mansion with Parking… in Park Slope!”) is really, truly, as stunningly beautiful and prestigiously located as you’d hope for such a price. Whomever wrote its listing description may have gone a little overboard, though, unless there are more folks out there with “nearby Shakespeare orations” on their respective dream home checklists than we might have guessed. Just one question, for anyone who’s bought a $4M mansion before… do they not usually offer so much as parking?
