Looking for a new place to call home? From a townhouse near the park to a surprisingly spacious studio, we’ve rounded up a few places that are for sale and are hosting open houses this weekend, and have broken down the offerings below. What do you think?

614 3rd Street
Open House: Sunday, November 9, 12-2pm
List Price: $3,100,000, via Douglas Elliman
Details: A handsome 1910 arts and crafts townhouse, this home (pictured above) is configured as a four story, double duplex with an English basement, though you could turn it into a single-family home. It’s got high ceilings, oak floors, fireplaces (oh, those tiles), and more lovely original details. The fact that it’s been “in the same family for decades” and that there are no photos in the listing of kitchens or bathrooms does make us wonder if those need some updating, but maybe that’s not the case. Even if they do, a little work might be worth it for the space and its proximity to Prospect Park, which is just half a block away.

675 Sackett Street, #105
Open House: Sunday, November 9, 1-3pm
List Price: $1,595,000, common charges $941, via Brown Harris Stevens
Details: This is a 3-bed, 3-bath duplex just off 4th Avenue that’s got its own private 480-square-foot patio. There’s a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, and pets are allowed. We took a look at another unit in this condo building over the summer, a 2-bed, 3-bath duplex that had a shared outdoor space, and it just sold for ask — $1.6M — so perhaps this will go for more than they’re listing it?

190 Garfield Place, #4J
Open House: Sunday, November 9, 12-3pm
List Price: $699,000, common charges $388, via owner
Details: On a day like today, the wood-burning fireplace seems like a total win to come home to in this 1-bed, 1-bath condo. It’s also got custom built-in bookshelves on either side and the building is pet-friendly, so you can cozy up in front of the fire with a read and a fuzzy pal. There isn’t a washer/dryer in the unit, but there’s laundry in the building.

195 Garfield Place, #2L
Open House: Sunday, November 9, 2:30-4pm
List Price: $339,000, maintenance $426, via Douglas Elliman
Details: It’s fairly spacious for a studio, with a 24-foot-long living space bit of extra room upon first coming through the door, which is staged with a wee desk in the listing photo. The kitchen has a dishwasher and some built-in shelves, the building is pet-friendly and has a laundry room, and it’s just off 7th Avenue.
