Details: A handsome 1910 arts and crafts townhouse, this home (pictured above) is configured as a four story, double duplex with an English basement, though you could turn it into a single-family home. It’s got high ceilings, oak floors, fireplaces (oh, those tiles), and more lovely original details. The fact that it’s been “in the same family for decades” and that there are no photos in the listing of kitchens or bathrooms does make us wonder if those need some updating, but maybe that’s not the case. Even if they do, a little work might be worth it for the space and its proximity to Prospect Park, which is just half a block away.

We took a look at another unit in this condo building over the summer, a 2-bed, 3-bath duplex that had a shared outdoor space, and it just sold for ask — $1.6M — so perhaps this will go for more than they’re listing it?

Details: On a day like today, the wood-burning fireplace seems like a total win to come home to in this 1-bed, 1-bath condo. There isn’t a washer/dryer in the unit, but there’s laundry in the building.
