  • Beginners: Brand new to exercise, haven’t exercised for a long time or need low impact workouts. Recommendation: exercising 2-3 days per week.
  • Intermediate/Advanced: Exercises regularly for at least 6 months and are familiar with fitness classes. Recommendation: exercising 2-5 days per week.
