Papi’s Grill Has Signage Up On 7th Avenue, Is Hiring
We’re inching closer to tortas on 7th Avenue, as a new Mexican restaurant approaches its opening.
Signage recently went up for Papi’s Grill at 161 7th Avenue, between Garfield and 1st, and it’s looking like work is finishing up at the space, which was originally announced back in February as the second outpost of a Sunset Park bakery known for its tacos and tortas.
According to the menu posted on their Facebook page, they’ll have a wide selection of items, from breakfast items to tacos ($2-$4), tortas ($6-$11), huaraches ($7-$9), and tamales ($3) on the weekends.
Also, before they open, they’re looking to hire — a sign in the window says they need cahsiers and delivery drivers. If you’re interested, contact papismexicangrill@outlook.com for more info.
