Ox Cart Tavern’s Burger? ‘Definitely On My Top 3,’ Bushwick Councilman Says
Councilman Rafael Espinal, whose 37th Council Districts covers such neighborhoods as Bushwick, East New York, and Cypress Hills, just came to our neighborhood — and it looks like he’s a big fan of Ox Cart!
The lawmaker said on Instagram:
Trekked to the middle of #Brooklyn #DitmasPark for the first time. Oxcart Tavern, voted top 10 burgers in BK by @brooklynmagazine. It’s definitely on my top 3
