Brooklyn is slowly but surely edging its way into the New York City luxury real estate market.

Property Shark recently released a new report on the city’s condo market, compiling the 50 top-selling condo buildings of all time, and one posh Brooklyn development made the cut.

Launched in 2008, One Brooklyn Bridge Park (located at 360 Furman Street) ranked #21 on the list joining luxury Manhattan buildings like The House (#1), One57 (#2), The Plaza (#5), Time Warner Center (#6), and One Madison Park (#36).

One Brooklyn Bridge Park boasts total sales of more than $503 million! The sold-out, 12-story building’s 435 units went for an average sale price of $1.13 million each. The report is based on total sales volume and first-time sales only.

Property Shark also notes that all the new condos that went on the market in Brooklyn early this year have boosted up the borough’s average home values enough to have four neighborhoods included in an April 2017 list of NYC’s Top 10 Priciest Neighborhoods—Manhattan Beach (#10), Boerum Hill (#8), Brooklyn Heights (#7), and DUMBO (#5).

Brooklyn further established itself as a hot contender in the NYC real estate market by ranking on the list of 10 Best-Selling NYC Buildings in 2016.

The 216-unit Oosten, at 429 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, ranked impressively at #2 on the list with 100 units sold at a median sale price of $1.3 million, while the 107-unit Navy Green, located at 8 Vanderbilt Avenue across from the Brooklyn Navy Yard, followed at #3 with 92 units sold at a median sale price of $423,256.
