Oct. 29: Yiasou To Offer 50% Off As “Thank You” For Support During Sandy Recovery

With the first anniversary of Sandy coming up, the celebrated Greek restaurant Yiasou Estiatorio in Sheepshead Bay wants to say “thank you” to the community that supported it during its recovery.

On Tuesday, October 29, which marks exactly one year since the storm, Yiasou will offer its patrons 50 percent off their entire bill for lunch and dinner. The discount is for eat-in customers only.

“It’s been a difficult year for many people in Sheepshead Bay, but the community has really pulled together in the spirit of recovery,” said Peter Katsichtis, owner of Yiasou. “The one-year anniversary of Sandy is a reason to celebrate our future as a community and to say thank you to the many customers who have continued to be so supportive of our restaurant.”
