NYPD Seeks Help Finding Missing Local Teenager

The NYPD is seeking help in locating a 14-year-old neighbor Chavis Pubill, missing since Saturday.

Pubill was last seen on July 23 around 12:45pm at 309 Lafayette Avenue, according to police reports. He is

 described as a black man with brown eyes and black hair, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and 110 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts and white sneakers.
