NYPD Searching for Suspect in Assault on East 9th Street

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 21-year-old Manuel Luna, who they say assaulted a man on East 9th Street between Ave C and Cortelyou on Wednesday, March 20 at just before 9pm.

The NYPD says that Luna punched the 53-year-old victim multiple times in the face and then fled. The victim refused medical attention on scene.

Luna is described as 5’4″ tall and weighing about 145 pounds.
