NYPD Looking for Suspect in 7th Ave iPad Grab
The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man they say stole a woman’s iPad from a Q train as it was about to leave the 7th Avenue station on Friday, March 19 at about 9pm.
Police say the man grabbed the device from the 24-year-old victim’s hands while they were on the northbound train, and then he fled the subway. There were no injuries sustained as a result of this incident.
The suspect is described a Hispanic male, 20-30 years old, about 5’8″ to 5’10” tall, 170 pounds, with short black hair.
