NYPD: Help Us Find Suspects Who Pistol Whipped, Robbed Teenager In His Home

After the NYPD said an 18-year-old man was pistol whipped and robbed in his apartment near Church Avenue and Ocean Avenue on Monday, October 13 at about 12pm, police are reaching out to the public to help them find the suspects.

The above video surveillance footage caught one of the suspects entering the building’s elevator to go to the victim’s apartment, as well as three of the suspects entering the elevator with the teen’s property just before fleeing the building, police said.

According to the NYPD, the victim was in his apartment when the suspects entered. They then pistol whipped him and stole a television, desktop computer, jewelry, and a debit card before fleeing, police said.

The teen was brought to Kings County Hospital, where he was treated and released.
