No More South Slope! Corcoran Removes Neighborhood From Site

No More South Slope! Corcoran Removes Neighborhood From Site
No more South Slope

Sad news, South Slope. We no longer exist…at least according to Corcoran.

The real estate agency removed South Slope from their neighborhood selection menu and now lists Park Slope as running from Prospect Avenue to Flatbush. Greenwood Heights is described as owning the other side of Prospect Avenue through the cemetery.

The mighty real estate brokers gave, and the mighty real estate brokers hath taken away.

Sometimes everybody gets so worked up over these neighborhood boundaries that it feels like we’re about to go all Game of Thrones on each other. As we say in our site’s description, though, “South Slope, Brooklyn is a neighborhood that, depending on who you ask, might go by many names, might have many different boundaries, or might not exist at all. Whatever and wherever you call it, we love it,” and will continue to love it…even if Corcoran says we’re not really here.
