Nine Chains To Open On Monday, January 13

This coming Monday, January 13 will be opening day for Nine Chains (1111 Church Avenue between Stratford and Westminster Roads), the long awaited bakery from The Farm on Adderley‘s Tom Kearney and Matt Amberg.

The bakery will be serving a range of naturally leavened breads using heritage grains, plus sandwiches, small plates, pastries like stuffed buns and loaf cakes, and Brooklyn Roasting Company pour over coffee.
