Nine Bed-Stuy Buildings For Sale in $60M Package Deal
BED-STUY – A number of large apartment buildings are hitting the market in Bedford-Stuyvesant, part of a package deal of nine properties worth an estimated $60 million.
Alcion Ventures and Alchemy Properties are looking to offload the buildings, which contain 113 units, reported The Real Deal. The $60 million price tag shakes out to about $530,000 per unit, and reports state the properties are 97% occupied. Check out the buildings below:
Though the properties are listed as a portfolio, reports are bids for individual properties will be considered as well. The buildings for sale are:

- 442 Decatur Street
- 475 Hancock Street
- 45 Kingston Avenue
- 1050 Lafayette Avenue
- 216 Macon Street
- 910 Prospect Place
- 778 Madison Street
- 790 Madison Street
