New Waxing Salon Coming To 7th Avenue, Fish Market Next Door For Lease

When we recently spotted “space available” and realtor info in the windows at 199 7th Avenue, the former home of L&O Personal Process Cleaners, we were excited about the possibilities for the space. But it looks like that storefront has already been filled, while the space next door is now available.

European Wax Center, a national chain of salons that focus on, obviously, body hair removal, has the location already listed as “coming soon” on their website, and the realtor that’s noted in the window, Sabre Real Estate, also has it placed on the block in a description for the neighboring property that’s available.

That property is the Ocean Fish Market at 203 7th Avenue, which has been a pretty solid option for fresh fish or a quick tray of sushi to go for years (and which, way, way back when, used to be the original location of Tarzian). The listing notes that the space is 1,050 square feet, with a potential for outdoor seating on the 3rd Street side.
