A New Tenant For 360 Myrtle Avenue?
Update: Chad Purkey of the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership says 360 won’t be a restaurant–at least, not for neighbors. Instead, it’s being used as a ” faux French boulangerie” for a movie filming in the space through November, which is also really cool but not quite as tasty. We should have known from those bentwood chairs!
Earlier: We noticed passing by 360 Myrtle Avenue (at Adelphi Street) yesterday that paper has been placed over the windows, and work seems to be underway.
“Store for Rent” signs were still posted at the time, and a man working in the space was unable to tell us what was on its way in–but as no permits have been filed recently for construction at the space and there were already several chairs and cafe tables inside, it seems like the corner could soon be getting a new eatery.
360 is the former home of Little Louie’s Pizza. The space received renovations in late 2013 with help from New York Main Street Grant funding and the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership. Recent specs note that the space has room for 30 seats indoors and 15 sidewalk seats.
