A new apartment building is set to go up at 2735 East 13 St on the corner of Shore Parkway in Sheepshead Bay. The property owner, Eddie Yair, filed for the permits as an anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC, according to New York YIMBY.

The seven-story building will contain 16 units, all of which will most likely be rentals. The total project will measure at 22,016 square feet. A community facility space will be on the second and third floors, and will measure at about 7,511 square feet.

The residential units will be on the top four floors, and will be about 807 square feet each, according to YIMBY. The Sheepshead Bay stop on the B and Q trains is three blocks away.

The architect is Eran A. Birnbaum’s Brooklyn-based firm. There is a two-story house on the property right now, for which demolition permits were filed in August.
