A few blocks east, permits have been filed to build a six-story residential building at 258 St. James Place (between Fulton & Lefferts Place), New York YIMBY reports.

The 80-foot tall building will feature seven apartments, averaging 1,260 square feet each, which would indicate condominiums, according to YIMBY. There will be two units on the ground floor while the upper levels will offer floor-through units.
