New Flag Flying on Newkirk Avenue

Neighbor Sam Mackey sent in this picture of the new flag up at the Post Office on Newkirk Avenue. The old tattered flag has been replaced.

Much of the credit for getting the new flag goes to neighbor Jonathan Judge who sent out emails, made phone calls and jumped through a few hoops over the course of several weeks to get a replacement installed. Derek Kelly, the station manager who took over last month, spoke with Jonathan last week and then quickly replaced the flag.
