New Condo Coming to 4th Avenue…What???

Brace yourselves, South Slope. There is a new condo going up at 4th Avenue and 15th Street.

I know. Shocking.

Brownstoner reports that the nine-story, fifteen-unit tower is scheduled for a May 2013 completion and, as you can see from the image below, pretty much looks like all of the other condos which have popped up in recent years.

I’d rather see a condo than an overgrown, rat and trash-filled lot, though….
