Neighbor Attacked In Crown Heights, Cops Looking For Suspect

CROWN HEIGHTS – A 63-year-old Jewish man was the latest victim when someone threw a massive brick to his face yesterday morning.

On Tuesday, August 27 at around 7:45 a.m., Abraham Gopin went out for his morning walk at Lincoln Terrace Park in Crown Heights. All of a sudden, a man began to punch him. Gopin tried to defend himself, but it was too late. The suspect threw a massive brick at Gopin’s face.

Gopin was taken to Maimonides Hospital where he was treated for a broken nose, missing teeth, and lacerations to his head and body.
