Morning Mug: Reflections (Of The Way Life Used To Be)

I shot this with a point and shoot in 2008 on Sheepshead Bay Road. It was a bridal shop across from Astoria Federal (clearly visible in the reflection), I believe at 1702 Sheepshead Bay Road, where Luv My Vision used to be. It’s honestly difficult to keep track of all the stores that come and go on Sheepshead Bay Road these days. All I know is, I miss Morris Discount, Jacob’s Army Navy, the H&S Hebrew National Deli, Wiesen’s and Eddie Eisenberg, an institution unto himself.
