Missing Woman Last Seen Near 40th Street [UPDATE: Found]

Update (January 29, 12pm): Police have confirmed that the woman was found in New York City yesterday, safe and sound.

The police are turning to the public for help in finding a Borough Park woman who has been missing since Thursday.

The missing person was last seen at 12:30pm on January 22, near 40th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway, wearing light colored shorts, a grey waist-length jacket, and black boots. She is described as 5’4″ tall, weighs 115 pounds, and has brown glasses. She was reported missing on Friday.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). Tips can also be submitted by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
