Missing Teen Last Seen At Sheepshead Bay High School

Police are searching for a missing teenage girl who was last seen Tuesday morning at Sheepshead Bay High School.

Authorities say 15-year-old Melissa Beaubrun, who lives at the Sheepshead Bay Houses, has been missing for more than two days. She was last spotted at 7am Tuesday in front of the high school at 3003 Avenue X wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and a head scarf, according to the NYPD.

Police say she is five feet, four inches tall, 140 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair. Authorities provided a picture of Beaubrun.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) and then entering TIP577.

Update [April 5, 10am]: Police informed us that Melissa Beaubrun has been found.
