MetroPCS Space on Rugby for Rent

The commercial space at 1325 Rugby Road, just off Foster Ave, that once held the MetroPCS store Plaza Wireless, is now for rent. We’re not sure if this store was related in any way to the MetroPCS spot that opened last year on Newkirk Plaza, but it seems likely that’s the reason this one closed.

This is located across the street from the New [actually now it’s] NY Coffee House as well as the odd spaces that were available recently, but which have since had their “for rent” signs removed.

A small space on a side street, it might not get a lot of traffic, but it has some potential. What kind of business do you think might work here?
